Do it NOW

You have been hearing about this conference for weeks now, and you know that you want to attend. It is going to be a great occasion and we want as many people as possible to participate.

BUT, it is filling up. Rooms at the Hilton may be gone already (we can suggest some alternatives). And at some point we may hit the capacity of the rooms we will use for sessions and meals. Don't be last in line and get turned away - register HERE.

We have had some great desert caps made, featuring the conference logo, but only for the first 100 people to register, and we are almost there now. Not available in stores! See it HERE.

We have booked great entertainment for the banquet on Thursday night - Ruben Moreno and the Mariachi Luz de Luna. Ruben is director of the Mariachi Institute at the University of Arizona, as well as a professional musician. Hear Luz de Luna perform HERE.

It has been a wet winter in the Sonoran Desert, and there is a good chance for extensive displays of wildflowers in the Tucson area when we are there. There is still snow on the mountains, but the temperatures are rising day by day, and it should be just about perfect by the time we arrive.

Register now.

See you in Tucson!
Don Bain (for the IVRPA)
Christian Fleury (for the IAPP)
