All main sessions will be held in the hotel ballroom, equipped with wi-fi, sound, and digital video projection. Smaller group meetings will be held in one of the other meeting rooms. Vendor displays will be in the foyer outside the ballroom.
A display of panoramic prints will be installed on the Champagne Terrace and other public spaces in the hotel. It will be open to the public for the duration of the conference.
Laptops (with wi-fi) can be used in any of the public spaces in the hotel, in the conference office, meeting rooms in use by the conference, and the ballroom, as well as guest rooms.
