  • 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm vendor displays and demonstrations in the Gallery and Foyer
  • 3:00 pm onwards – hotel check-in

  • 3:15 pm to 3:30 pm - break
  • 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm - short topics, twelve 5-minute presentations, including examples of work completed at the conference (sign up in advance if you would like to speak)
  • 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm - wrap-up and feedback session
  • 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm - final reception at the hotel pool
